No. A viewing is entirely optional. Some families find comfort in it, while others choose not to. If a viewing is important to you, we can help arrange this in our private family viewing facilities, and help prepare your loved one.
Yes. We can arrange live-streaming through OneRoom so those who cannot attend can still be part of the service. A recording will also be available afterwards.
